There’s no defense but inspiration decided to take a holiday. As mentioned in my previous post about going to sporadic updates. Invisible String will be discontinued and deleted.
The funny thing is I had so many ideas when I started the smau but the more I wrote, I started to lose the excitement and enjoyment. It wasn’t a sudden loss of inspiration or writers block, but it was a slow thing coming. I thought initially it would be similar to The Second Choice, where there was major writers block but if I had an idea for a chapter I felt passionate about, I could write and then that would snowball into more ideas for future chapters.
That rarely happened with Invisible String, so it’s with a heavy heart that I’m making the choice to delete the whole smau. I think I might just start a rule for myself of not getting ahead of myself 😂.
If after I’ve posted the profiles or written 5 chapters then it’s not worth announcing or to start posting. Knowing me, I won’t follow this rule but I’ll atleast try to keep it in mind 😅.
Another thing, I love the title so don’t be surprised if I use it for another smau or even one shot.
